They taste like old school Chicago lunch room butter cookies 💯💯I'm visiting Memphis from Las Vegas thinking how many packs can I get in my luggage 😂
Ice Oatmeal Cookies review by Justin L
If you're looking for the best cookies in the city, Makedas Cookies is the place to go! Their Original Butter Cookies remind me of the classic Memphis City Schools cookies from the 1980s—soft, buttery, and full of nostalgia. They take me right back to my childhood. I also love their Iced Oatmeal Cookies, which have the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. Every visit is worth it. Highly recommend Makedas to anyone who loves fresh, homemade cookies!

I tried these cookies on a visit to Memphis and was hooked. Now I order them for myself and my mother who is an amazing cook, by the way. We LOVE THEM ♥️
