I received these cookies in a taste of Memphis gift box from on of my venders and they are fabulous! I love that the ingredients are what you would use at home. Butter, Sugar and Flour. Nothing you can't pronounce, no chemicals. And they taste scrumptious!

I was visiting some friends in TN and they told me about the butter cookies. We actually went into the store to see what it was all about. The people were so welcoming and friendly. The butter cookies were amazing. They are the best cookie I have ever eaten in my life. I also bought two of every other cookie they had and was not disappointed. I will be ordering them once my supply has run out.

I had a wonderful experience visiting Makeda’s. I ordered cookies, banana pudding & ice cream. They have the best banana pudding I ever had hands down and the cookies are delicious. The customer service is top-tier and I will be returning!

We were in town the week of March 14,2024 and decided to stop by to grab a few cookies for our picnic… The only regret we should’ve purchased more than 4 cookies. They were some of the best cookies we ever tasted. We were iffy at first due to the situation with young dolph may he RIP but we definitely will return. Staff was super friendly

Out of all the places I’ve been to in Memphis, this is my favorite. The gentleman wearing the chef hat that took care of me on 12/14/24 was the coolest cat around; great fun personality and excellent customer service.
I have eaten at a lot of restaurants and bakeries across the Midwest. When I tell you these are the BEST cookies and sweets that is with 100% certainly! No lie, no cap. Of course the butter cookies are impressive, but the banana pudding? FIRE. For real, this place is world-class.
